AGREEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

By submitting this application, I, hereby, give permission for my child to be screened for admission to the selected Magnet program designated on this application. If there is seat availability and your child meets all eligibility requirements for the program you selected, and if accepted, your child will be enrolled as a full-time student at the school of acceptance. School bus transportation is limited and may not be available to all students. My child must demonstrate acceptable performance (as determined by school-site policy) in order to remain in the Magnet program. Acceptance may be provisional and contingent upon the individual school’s eligibility requirements and/or the successful completion of exams, courses, etc.

Submission does not guarantee placement into the program and availability is subject to change without notice. Once your application has been reviewed you will be contacted by the school staff with notification of availability and any next steps required of you.
